Which plan fits my business, and can I add more members?

Growth is S$50 per outlet/month, with S$25 for the first month on an eligible first outlet. Contact us for Scale pricing.

Growth is S$50 per outlet/month. An eligible new merchant’s first outlet is S$25 for the first month, then S$50 per outlet/month; checkout terms apply. Growth lists 5 employee accounts per outlet, 1,000 MCP calls per UTC calendar month and 25 stored rewards. Contact us for all Scale pricing and capacity, including outlet billing, employee accounts, MCP calls and rewards. Per-outlet employee allowances are pending backend rollout. Broadcasts are coming soon, not an included sending service.

The first-month offer is per business, not per account. Each new business under the same login can qualify for S$25 for its first outlet’s first month, then S$50/month. Additional outlets, renewals and resubscriptions within that business do not restart the offer. Employee roles at other businesses do not affect eligibility. Every new business must start with exactly one outlet; add more after setup and arrange paid activation separately.

Employee accounts covers Manager and Staff combined; the Owner and customer Members are excluded. With pooled Growth billing, the shared business allowance is 5 × paid outlets: one allows 5 employees, two allow 10 and three allow 15. Each employee counts once per business and can perform permitted scans across its eligible outlets without an outlet assignment. Manager and Staff retain different permissions. Usage & limits shows your current enforced allowance; activation is required for existing businesses.

A business owns the subscription, loyalty programme and shared member list. An outlet is a physical location. Older screens use workspace or organisation for the business account.

Paid outlet quantity determines the total on one subscription per business: three Growth outlets cost S$150/month. Creating a location does not buy capacity. Where outlet billing is enabled, the Owner manages quantity in Settings → Billing. If unavailable, contact Kardy before activating more locations. Per-outlet employee allowances remain a separate pending rollout.

There are no automatic overage charges or one-time member credit top-ups. Existing memberships and earned rewards are not deleted when a configured limit is reached.

Public plans do not advertise a member cap. This does not remove existing configured limits: use Settings → Usage & limits for your actual allowance and contact Kardy to arrange capacity before purchasing. Do not buy a second subscription to increase capacity. Self-service upgrades are not yet available.
