# Kardy

> Kardy is a wallet-first loyalty platform for neighbourhood merchants and the people who keep coming back.

Kardy gives each merchant a branded membership programme while giving members one Kardy identity to keep their passes, rewards, and visit progress together.

## What Kardy does

- Members join a merchant by scanning its QR code, opening its Kardy join link, or choosing a local offer in Offers.
- Existing members see that they are already members instead of creating a duplicate membership.
- Each merchant chooses its own brand name, logo, colours, reward language, stamp goal, expiry rules, and locations.
- Members keep one universal Kardy QR identity while every merchant pass can retain its own look and reward rules.
- Merchant accounts can be created for free in a limited setup and preview workspace; an active Growth or Scale subscription unlocks the full merchant workspace.
- Growth is $50 SGD per location per month when billed monthly, or $40 SGD per location per month when billed annually. New merchants can start their first outlet at $25 SGD for the first month on monthly Growth; regular pricing applies after the first month.
- Paid merchants use the full workspace to manage locations, members, stamps, redemptions, and activity.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are the intended destinations for merchant-branded passes.
- Offers helps consumers discover available discounts and loyalty programmes from local shops.

## Product boundaries

- The QR payload uses a revocable opaque token and must not contain a member's email, phone number, password, or other personal information.
- Merchant data is tenant-scoped.
- Scan and redemption events are append-only activity history.
- Kardy's merchant subscription billing is separate from a merchant's consumer checkout or reward transaction.
