How do I add a stamp or redeem a reward?
Scan the member’s Kardy QR, confirm the membership, then choose the one clear action for the visit.
The merchant scan flow is designed for busy service moments. A successful scan shows the member identity, the relevant merchant membership, current progress, and the next permitted action.
Stamp and redemption events are recorded as append-only activity history. This gives your team a reliable record while keeping the customer-facing action explicit.
The short version
- 1Open Scan in the merchant workspace.
- 2Choose the active outlet, then Start camera. Keep the entire member’s Kardy QR inside the four corners with some space around it, or enter the member code and choose Check membership.
- 3Confirm the membership and select Add stamp or Redeem reward.
- 4Let Kardy show the updated progress or reward state before the next visit.
