Where do I track rewards, claims and referrals?

Open Rewards to view reward performance and the redemption graph. Reward claims shows rewards waiting to be claimed or already claimed. Use Add filter and the Reward and Status chips to narrow the table. Clicking a reward in the performance table filters its claims; linked reward names in the claims table open that reward's settings.

Waiting to be claimed counts one current eligible reward per membership, not every future reward that excess stamps might cover. Claimed counts recorded redemptions, including repeat claims. Staff still confirm redemption through Scan. An unavailable count is not zero.

Open Referrals separately to see its graph, joined friends, successful referrals, awaiting qualification and Live or Inactive status. Choose Create referral programme when none exists, or Edit referral programme to change an existing one. A signup alone earns no bonus: referral qualification requires the friend's first qualifying purchase and staff-issued stamp, with all eligibility checks satisfied.

Reward and referral graphs offer 7, 30 and 90-day presets or custom ranges of up to 366 complete UTC days. Today's partial activity is excluded. Click a start and end date to highlight a range; comparisons use the preceding equal-length period. These are loyalty performance charts, not MCP or broadcast usage reports. Demo statistics are illustrative.
