What are rewards ready and power customers?
Check a member's current eligible reward and your most frequent customers within the loaded list.
Rewards ready counts one currently eligible reward per membership, not every future claim that excess stamps might cover. The membership must be active and unexpired, its reward active, and its stamps sufficient. Staff still confirm each redemption through Scan, including outlet eligibility.
Power customers shows the top three among loaded members by all-time visits, then redemptions and name to break ties. It shows stamp progress, join date and last visit/outlet. Members with no recorded visits are not ranked. The loaded-member caption explains the scope; this is not an unlimited brand-wide ranking.
