How do I create my first loyalty programme?
Set up a branded programme with a reward, stamp goal, and the places where customers can use it.
Kardy is designed to get a simple loyalty programme live without a complicated setup project. Start with the promise you want customers to remember, then make the pass feel like your business.
You can create a merchant account for free and use the limited setup and preview experience before choosing a paid plan for live operations.
The short version
- 1Open merchants.getkardy.com and choose Set up your business. Create a Kardy account only if you are new; otherwise sign in with your existing account, then enter your business details.
- 2Choose your brand name, logo, colours, reward label, and stamp goal.
- 3Add your first location and review the member-facing pass preview.
- 4Choose Growth or Scale when you are ready to run the programme live.
- 5After setup, refine Wallet pass and Kardy mobile card previews in Branding, then prepare a matching print or screen join sign. Use Overview for date-filtered reporting, Members for rewards ready, and Activities or Live view for recorded events. Review capacity and the shared MCP allowance in Settings → Usage & limits.
