What does Live view show?
A colour-coded store globe and the latest ten recorded loyalty events, not customer locations.
Owners and Managers can open Live view from the sidebar or Overview → View live. Select a store in the legend or activity feed to focus its map pin. Pins represent store coordinates; approximate locations are labelled. The feed and its action breakdown cover the latest ten recorded events, not all-time activity or online visitors.
Live view checks for new events every 15 seconds while visible and pauses in hidden tabs. Refresh checks manually. An error is not proof that nothing happened. Demo and landing-page scenes are fictional snapshots, not real customer feeds.
Open Activities to search by member name or code, filter by store or activity type, and browse ten events per page. Details shows recorded event and staff IDs. View all activities in a member's history opens Activities filtered to that member. Search requires a complete accessible directory, currently up to 1,000 memberships; clear search if it cannot load completely.
Scans, stamps and redemptions are read-only audit history. Failed scans and read-only membership checks are not recorded scan events. Keep the signed-in feed private: it can contain member and staff names.
