What can I see in the merchant workspace?
See members, programme progress, scans, redemptions, locations, and the operating details your team needs.
The merchant workspace brings daily loyalty work into one place: Overview, Scan, Members, Activities, Live view, Rewards, Referrals, Branding, Broadcasts, Locations and Settings. Available features depend on your role, subscription and setup. Use the sidebar button to switch to an icon-only rail; your preference is remembered.
Activities lists recorded scans, stamps and redemptions, with member search, store and activity filters, and event details. View all activities in a member's history opens the list filtered to that member. Live view pairs a 3D globe with the latest ten events, checks for new events every 15 seconds and pauses while the tab is hidden. Map pins represent stores, not customer positions; approximate pins are labelled. Demo activity is a static fictional snapshot.
Overview shows recorded visits, rewards redeemed and active stores. Its Filter changes store/date totals and location rankings; the Member activity graph has its own complete-day date filter. Members shows rewards ready and the top three power customers within the loaded list.
