Why does my membership say Store inactive or Programme paused?
Your saved card remains visible when a store’s Kardy service stops.
Store inactive means the store’s service with Kardy has ended. Programme paused means its programme is temporarily unavailable. Open Why? beside the status for an explanation.
You keep your saved membership and existing progress, but cannot earn stamps or claim rewards at that store while it is inactive or paused. Other active stores in your wallet are unaffected. Ask the store about any reward you hoped to claim; a saved card is not proof that redemption is currently available.
Saved native passes are marked inactive when wallet updates reach the wallet service or device. These updates may be delayed. Use the Kardy browser wallet or installed Kardy app for current availability. Your universal Kardy QR can still identify you at other active stores.
