How do I change my programme branding?
Use Settings for your business name, Branding for presentation, and Rewards for reward rules.
Your programme should look like your business, not like a generic rewards app. Kardy keeps the presentation flexible so you can use your name, colours, logo, and the language your customers already understand.
The underlying Kardy identity stays consistent even when different merchants use very different visual styles.
Wallet pass offers Apple Wallet and Kardy mobile app previews of the card design. The mobile app is Kardy's browser/PWA experience. Show stamp numbers and Publish in Kardy discovery use switches; save supported changes in the editor. A preview does not issue a native pass.
QR sign settings can be folded with Hide and reopened with Show without clearing their values. Edit Sign text for the headline, supporting copy, scan label and instructions. Screen appearance defaults to Match printed sign; choose Screen layout, a background colour and display size if preferred. Text and screen settings are not saved, so export the print/PDF before leaving.
The short version
- 1To rename the business, open Settings → Business details. The Join page uses that saved name.
- 2Open Branding and choose Wallet pass, Join page or QR sign for the presentation you want to review.
- 3In Join page, choose Upload logo or Replace logo. Use a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB, then Save changes to upload it. Demo uploads are previews only.
- 4Change reward wording and stamp goals separately in Rewards → Customise rewards. Review and save changes in the relevant editor; a preview is not confirmation that changes were saved or a native wallet pass was issued.
