Kardy vs
STAMPEDE

A strong local option for F&B operators who want stamps, referrals, campaigns, and retention reporting in one merchant tool.

Our take

Do you need a stamp card, or help bringing people back?

A customer collecting stamps and an owner planning next week's campaign are doing different jobs. STAMPEDE brings those jobs together: its published features cover digital stamps, customer history, automated messaging and outlet reporting. If your team wants to act on a list of customers who have stopped visiting, that deserves attention.

Kardy starts with the member's experience across participating shops. That is a different reason to consider it, not a substitute for campaign software. If automated follow-up is the main reason you are buying a loyalty tool, evaluate that workflow before spending time comparing card designs.

Where Kardy still falls short

Automated campaigns, win-back journeys, and merchant-side referral reporting are not in the current Kardy MVP. Kardy still needs fraud controls and retention reporting at STAMPEDE's depth. Merchant-side member activity is currently a foundation, not a full CRM.

Try it in practice

Ask someone on your team to describe a campaign they would actually run next week. Then ask each provider to demonstrate the audience selection, consent checks and results you would see afterwards.

Use the phones and staff roles you expect to have at launch. Keep a note of anything that needs an explanation, a manual correction or a second device. Those are the details to resolve before inviting customers.
