Where can I see my workspace usage and limits?
Check MCP calls, broadcast recipients and stored capacity from Settings → Usage & limits.
The organisation Owner can open Settings → Usage & limits. The overview shows used / limit for MCP tool calls, broadcast recipients, stored members, active outlets, team members and stored rewards. MCP usage and Broadcast usage also show remaining capacity, monthly limits and the next reset date.
Monthly MCP and broadcast allowances reset on the first day of the month at 00:00 UTC, not on your billing renewal date. Stored members, outlets, team members and rewards do not reset monthly. Paused and expired memberships and archived rewards still count towards stored capacity.
Warnings appear at 80% usage. At the limit, new capacity-consuming operations stop; existing memberships and earned rewards are not automatically deleted. There are no automatic overage charges. No allowance means no configured capacity, not unlimited usage. Contact Kardy to arrange more capacity.
Use Refresh usage for the latest totals. Daily usage history and historical date filters are not available yet. Demo figures and allowances are illustrative, not your plan entitlements. If usage cannot load, check that you are the Owner of the selected organisation, then retry.
